Even when you don’t know about the kitchen or you simply don’t have time for this, it doesn’t mean you can’t feed correctly and balanced. Nutritionists say that simply by including fruit and vegetables in your daily diet you will find a solution to many problems. Here are some useful suggestions for weight loss, which you can put into practice when you want to feed healthy and will not ask you to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
Prepare some portions of food
If you don’t have time to cook fresh food at each meal, I recommend you prepare multiple portions, which will be sufficient for two or three days. I don’t think you will be able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner using a single recipe. But you will surely be able to prepare more portions of the main type, which you will pull as you prefer.
Choose those dishes, which you like most and are kept well in the refrigerator. For example, you can cook the meat, which you can combine with different condiments, salads or vegetables with different meals. Store the portions in plastic or glass containers, attack a label on each and put them in the refrigerator.
With each passing day, concentrate on the diet, prepare the containers for early foods, cooks other portions of food for the next few days. Repeat these steps every day and the preparation of healthy food will become a nice habit.
More fruit and vegetables
It is a well -known fact: fruit and vegetables are a mandatory component of a healthy diet. They are a source of vitamins, minerals, fibers and many other precious nutrients. It doesn’t matter, whether or not you are in the season of fruit and vegetables, increase their quantity in your diet.
Fruits and vegetables are the most nutritious and useful, when ripe, which are, during the collection period. Usually during this period they can be purchased, frozen or preserved. If there are no vegetables and seasonal fruit on the shelves, do not hesitate to use frozen or preserved products.
Forget fast food if you want good health
The presence of fast food is inevitable in the lives of modern people, in particular to those who have very little time.
The way in which fast food damages the body is clear: excessive fast food consumption leads to obesity, causes many diseases and affects both physical and mental development.
Therefore, the most important advice to lose weight in the belly and acquire a healthy body, is to eat like a few “classic” fast food products. If you still buy food ready, opt for rice with vegetables, seafood or something similar. Always remember a simple truth.

If you consume more calories than you burn, you will add weight. If you burn more than you consume, you will lose weight.
The smoothie is our friend
If you have a blender or a food processor, many meals problems are easily solved. Just cut vegetables, fruit and apples, add a little milk, ice cream or yogurt and you will get a delicious and healthy smoothie.
The smoothie always contains fruit and has not undergone thermal treatment. The drink is rich in vitamins, fibers, minerals and is prepared in a few minutes.
Consume whole grains
Wholemeal cereals are a product, which contains all the components of natural cereals in that form, in which it has grown and cooked. Many nutrients are present in all cereals, the most important is the peel of cereals (tărâțea).
The whole grains fibers are quite low of calories, but digest quite slowly. The feeling of satiety will take longer and blood sugar levels will remain stable.
There are currently many simple and healthy recipes such as cooking full rice, wheat porridge or oatmeal. Try to choose Porridge, which requires a longer boiling. This means that they have not been subjected to further processing.
