Football training recruits: the site grows over time and thanks to your positive feedback. His success pushes me to go even further. But while my days is only 24 hours, so to go further in the competition I decided to recruit. Today I present to you one of my new recruits: Mathieu Ricciul
You already knew the health sections with Glen Loric. Kiné/Osteo du Nantes Metropole Futsal, Glen illuminates us on injuries and ways of treating them. He was the first member to come and complete my team until then … only;).
Football training recruits: a confirmed coach
Here is the second recruit: Mathieu Ricciul
I can already tell you that the others will follow very quickly … but patience will not reveal immediately.
I met and met Mathieu during his interview on the street for Sir Alex Section. This section leads me to meet any level football coaches through an interview. Mathieu had been recommended to me by different people and I was not disappointed.
The meeting was exciting since with a passionate coach. So when I offered to join the training team.

His philosophy
How to give meaning to our content in an amateur world that requires more and more adaptation, benevolence but also requirements established by the competition?
My modest journey as a senior coach with all the problems encountered pushes me to this reflection. From my visit or return more precisely to training in 2013 within the USJA Carquofou, a real click took place in my mind on my way of working. In fact, when we training, in this case U16-U17, we insist more on the game principles to be acquired than on the results. In the elderly, the results, very often, guide our way of working. Suddenly, from one week to the next, depending on the victories and defeats the content of our session differs…. But they follow a logic, a common thread that would make sense in the medium term to see the long term in our players. In other words, more provocative, do our players learn? Are they able to solve certain problems by working in the “account drop”?
In an amateur world strongly influenced by its older brother the professional world, it is clear that the life (or survival!) Of a senior coach is increasingly short and guided by the results …
I am aware and tomorrow everything can stop. I don’t care because now they are the principles of my game that guide the contents of my session leaving the results in the background. My leaders will look at the rankings, personally my eyes will solve my game principles, the real milestone of our progression. In reality I have naivety and insolence to believe that the well -defined game principles upstream, adapted to the profiles of my players and my football design can lead to success.
Very soon you will find out why he joined the site team and why you will love to discover his prose! Until we meet again.
